I filed my return March 2- it was accepted but ended up needing to be amended to update health insurance info. It says it's still "in process". How long does this take?

I amended it immediately and am expecting a refund, but how long does this process take?

If you got the IRS letter asking you to mail or fax the 1095-A & form 8962 then this will take quite a long time to process this year since the Covid situation closed all the processing centers for almost 3 months ... they have just now started to play catch up ... so all you can do is check the IRS site every few days until you get the approved message ... https://www.irs.gov/refunds
