I filed my return on Feb 17,2022 it has now been 21 days. I have checked the irs site to track my refund and called the number and had no luck. Should i be worried?

Did you receive an email from TurboTax after filing saying your tax return was in progress and you would be notified within 24-48 hours if it was accepted or rejected? If not, please call TurboTax Customer Support so you can speak with someone who can assist you.

Refunds usually take about 21 days after the IRS has accepted your e-filed return. Although, sometimes it can take longer. The IRS is taking more than 21 days (and up to 90 to 120 days) to issue refunds for tax returns with the Recovery Rebate Credit, Earned Income Tax Credit and Additional Child Tax Credit. If the IRS has accepted your e-filed return, you can check the status of your refund by going directly to https://www.irs.gov/refunds.
