Most returns that were efiled early are still "pending" as of this moment, but that will start to change today.    A few returns were pulled early in recent days by the IRS for testing purposes, so you'll see some reports of fellow users in this forum who were accepted early, and some who have even received their refunds.

For most people, however,  the IRS will not start processing returns until today January 27.   Once the IRS opens return processing today, there's no way to predict how soon  you will hear anything.   It "could" be quick, but more likely not.  It generally can take up to 24-48 hours to hear if accepted or rejected, but there can be a backlog at first due to the large volume of stockpiled returns.  No one knows yet how smoothly the startup at the IRS will go today.

To check your status you can log back in to your Online TurboTax account and see the status at the Tax Home.  You should get an email notification when your return is accepted or rejected.
