The 1095-B is an informational form for your records.

If the return has been filed, and you received an informational form, there's no need to modify your return, assuming you correctly answered the healthcare coverage questions.

If the return has been filed, and you received, for example, a W-2 you never entered, you would need to file an amended return to input the new information.
