I filed my taxes in February and had to add two W-2 right after April 15th and I never got my tax return money or any help. Do I not get my tax money back from 2018?

Well you may have a mess if you actually filed a federal tax return in February and the return was Accepted by the IRS. Because you cannot just add income to a filed and accepted tax return. The tax return can only be amended to add additional tax data.
