Question

I filed my taxes in February and have yet to receive my refund. I checked the website and got the last 4 months ‘it’s processing’.

I received one letter asking for my health form and that was sent in March- ASAP. To date, no response and no one is answering the phones.

This has happened to many filers posting on this site. The IRS is currently not processing any mailed returns or mailed paperwork and hasn't been for some time. They have not said when they will resume processing. Until they do that, you will not see a change in your status.

Since it has been so long, you can try asking the Taxpayer Advocate Service for help: https://www.irs.gov/taxpayer-advocate
