Question

I filed my taxes on 7/15/2020, and Turbotax informed me via email that the IRS had accepted my return. I checked the IRS website, they haven't received my return. ???

None of those answers were responsive to my problem. Why doesn't the IRS show receipt of my return after you said it was accepted?

We don't know what "those answers" were.  This appears to be your first post in this user forum, at least under that profile name.   So let's start at the beginning.

Did you file by efile?    If you used Online TurboTax, log in to your Online TurboTax account and confirm at the Tax Home that your efiled return was accepted.     If it says there they were accepted, then you can use the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.

When using the IRS WMR tool, be sure you enter the correct SSN and filing status.

For the refund amount, use only the Federal refund amount.  Do not use any combined total refund figure that includes the state refund.

Look at your actual 2019 return to get the Federal refund amount.  Be sure you are using what is displayed on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a for the Federal refund amount.

You can also try phoning the IRS refund hotline.  I've seen it work for some users before when the WMR tool didn't.  Again, you need to be sure the efile was accepted first.
