I would like to know how long it takes for my taxes to to be returned my family member did it & has got accepted when will mine be accepted its been weeks

Test pulls by the IRS happen randomly....the IRS hasn't started yet. Either luckily (or unluckily, if they messed up and didn't enter everything), the other family just happened to get pulled in a random test batch.

Unless yours just happens to get pulled early for a test by the IRS.....don't expect anything to happen until "sometime" the week of 27 Jan.

That's when the IRS officially expects to start pulling tax files at random, and accepting-or-rejecting them.
