Did you efile your return or did you print and mail it? If you chose to print and mail it, you had to do that yourself. TurboTax does not print and mail it for you.

If you chose to efile your return, you can verify that it was submitted and whether the IRS accepted or rejected it at this link: https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

If it was accepted, you should be able to track the status at the IRS tracking web site:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If it was rejected, you had to fix the reason for rejection and resubmit it until it was accepted or you had to print and mail it yourself.

TurboTax gets no information about the status of your refund.
In normal times, the IRS says that most filers get their refunds within 21 days from the time their tax return is accepted.
Many returns are taking longer now since the IRS did not process returns for a while and there is now a big backlog of unprocessed returns.
The IRS is currently not processing any mailed returns and is not taking any phone calls.

There is no way to know whether the IRS got a mailed return or not until they start processing them and you can track them on the IRS tracking web site.

Here is an IRS Q&A with information about refunds:
