The IRS is telling me nothing it just says it's been accepted and when I go to login my information it says it's unable to find any information

TurboTax gives you an estimate direct deposit date only. TurboTax does not take into account the possible delays of the IRS and calculates the 21 days from acceptance as the direct deposit date. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund as of yet. There's no way to know when the IRS will update your status. If after 21 days of being accepted, you have not received an update via the Where's My Refund tool, you can follow the instructions in the following FAQ to contact the IRS for further assistance.

TurboTax's meter isn't accurate to the status of your refund. It's only an estimate based on the typical 21 day turn-around time that the IRS usually gets your refund back to you. The IRS has a dedicated site to track the status of your refund.
