Question

I filed on Jan 30 . Why is it saying "still processing" when I check "where's my refund" ? Several family members filed the same day and received their refund last month?

The IRS estimates that most refunds will be sent within three weeks after your e-filed returns are accepted but sometimes they may take longer. The IRS does not work on first in, first out. The amount of time it takes to process your return will vary from everyone else, even if you both have similar returns. You can check the status of your refund by going to www.irs.gov/refunds. The next step in the process is to wait for your status to change to approved.
