The TurboTax Self-Employed edition includes the software for someone who needs to file a Schedule C to report self-employment income and expenses.  If you entered only a W-2 then there is no reason to be concerned as your Form 1040 was filed with just the tax data you entered.

The 21 days is Only an IRS Target, it is NOT a guarantee.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

I did have a1099 form that I filed. So does that change anything? I guess I'm trying to figure out do I need to amend?

If you entered Form 1099 there is no reason to amend if you correctly entered the 1099 in the section for providing entry of the form.
