TurboTax does not receive any type of tax refund, federal or state.  TurboTax does not and cannot receive a stimulus payment for any taxpayer.

TurboTax still have my filing status as a pending federal tax return. What was the purpose to use your Company a professional if I have to do the leg work. O have received a letter from the IRS thanking me for my $100 dollar payment that they drafted from my banking account. You TurboTax need to confirm with the IRS that I used your services and I received a letter thanking me for my payment. All I see when I log into the IRS website is ' Payment Status not Available' this is very annoying and very unsettling to my soul and Spirit. I just buried my baby sister Friday and now this. I need this money because I used my rent money to have my sister laid to rest. I thought that I would be okay because my Trump Check was coming. Please help get my check.

@SABRINANEL44

The IRS does not thank taxpayers for payments.  That was probably from TurboTax for the payment of the TurboTax account fees that were debited from your account since the federal tax refund has not yet been issued.  There are millions of tax refunds that have not been Approved or Issued since the IRS has been following the guidelines due to the virus.

All we have is what is posted on this IRS website -https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment-frequently-asked-questions#paymentnot

The Get My Payment application will return "Payment Status Not Available" for several reasons, including:

  • You are required to file a tax return, but:
    • We haven't finished processing your 2019 return
    • The application doesn't yet have your data; we’re working on adding more data to allow more people to use it.
  • You don't usually file a return, and:
    • You used Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info Here but we haven’t processed your entry yet
    • You receive an SSA or RRB Form 1099 or SSI or VA benefits; information has not been loaded onto our systems yet for people who don’t normally file a tax return.
  • You’re not eligible for a payment (see Eligibility).

We update Get My Payment data once per day, overnight so there is no need to check more often. If you are eligible for a payment and have provided your information either through a recent tax return or the Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info Here application, please check back for updates.
