I filed with Turbotax for tax years 2014 and 2015 before the deadline. Where can I find the electronic copies? They are not showing up in my Turbotax account.

TurboTax (Intuit) does not save electronic copies of your old tax files (e.g., .tax2014) in your TurboTax account.

Those files and the PDF files containing all of your tax return documents should be saved to your computer or digital media, such as a flash drive.

You can get transcripts of your returns (free of charge) or a copy of your tax return from the site below.

Did you use the Online version? It's common to end up with more than 1 account by accident.

You have sign into the exact same user ID when you sign onto your account. It is possible to have 5 accounts for each email address. Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
