I filled my taxes on february 25th and it was excepted well I got my state few weeks ago I did the identity quiz because the irs sent a letter telling me to but I did that around March 18th turbo tax

This would mean that turbo tax got there payment from my taxes but I have yet to receive any of my federal refund that there payment is supposed to come out of and my state refund wasn't enough to pay turbo tax and came in full weeks ago so my question is why am I getting so many different answers

TurboTax gets paid when you get your refund. This saying thank you for your payment means that you have made arrangements to pay TurboTax. Most likely your refund has not been processed yet.
