I forgot my 1095 when filing. Its been accepted by the IRS but Turbotax wont let me amend until late Feb. I dont want to get in trouble - my refund will be coming soon.

No, you will not have to pay a fine.

What kind of 1095 did you have?  If it is a 1095-B or 1095-C, those are for informational purposes only and do not need to be included in your return.  

If you had a 1095-A, this must be included.

If you filed, it is like dropping it into a mailbox - you cannot get it back.

You'll have wait until your return is either accepted or rejected.

• If rejected, you can make any necessary changes.
• If accepted, you'll need to amend your return. 
• To avoid unnecessary delays, do not amend until your original return has been fully processed.  You will need to print and mail the amendment.  
• Allow 8-12 weeks for processing.
