I forgot to add my student loan interest paid ($772.17). Would it be worth it to do an amendment?

If you've already filed your original return, you can amend your return.

Go to My Account>Manage your Return to amend.

Put in your student loan interest paid, under Deductions & Credits>Education>Student Loan Interest Paid (Form 1098-E).

Since you're amending, the refund amount is figured without taking your original return into account.

It's always worth it to see if you can get anything extra back!
