I forgot to file my second W-2 form but I already filed my first one and it just got accepted by the IRS

Since your return was accepted by the IRS you can click here for instructions on how to Amend Your Return as that is the only way to add the second W-2. The Amended forms are not quite available yet but are expected to be shortly.

Remember, when you are filing the Amended Return, you will need to print and mail the 1040X as it is NOT able to be e-filed.
