After completeing my return it said I owed $3,600. I paid on my charge card. Then a message came up " Your taxes have changed. This is unusal,but it happens. You owe nothing and get no refund" I went to pay my charge card over a month later shows a balance of $15 to turbo Tax. That's it. What's with that?
