I get paid out of my company in Indiana I did not work or Live in the state last year, Do I get all my tax money back or just a little?

If you didn't live in, or work in, Indiana in all of 2018, no Indiana taxes should have been withheld from your pay.  If your employer mistakenly withheld Indiana taxes, file a non-resident Indiana return, showing zero Indiana income, and the withheld taxes will be fully refunded to you.

Location of your employer's home office is irrelevant.  Your state taxes are based on where you actually live and work.
