I got a Property Tax refund from MN I did itemize taxes. It says Turbo Tax will ask a few questions to determine how much the refund is taxable but that didn't happen?

The MN Property Tax Refund is issued in the same year as you pay the taxes.

That means when you itemize your taxes for this year (2017), you just report the 'net' amount paid, after taking into consideration the refund.
