Question

I got an email saying my refund will be loaded onto a TT card, when I chose my bank account,I checked my refund and it has my bank account info.Could this be an error?

Yes, whatever method you chose when you filed is how you will receive your refund. If your banking information is incorrect the IRS will mail you a paper check. Also always be careful with emails to make sure that it is not a scam. More information has been posted for you below.
