I just got the stimulus payment for myself and my children but not for Kelli Wood, how can we file for her to get the Stimulus payment?

First of all, a spouse is NOT your dependent.  A spouse is never claimed as a dependent.   If you were not married yet in 2019, and you claimed her as a dependent on your 2019 return that is why she does not get a stimulus check now.     A person who was claimed as a dependent for 2019 cannot get a stimulus check.  If you got married in 2020, then there will be a credit for her when you file your 2020 return next year.  Next year you can file a joint return.
