I got my email for approved for advance but can’t access my money

Forty-eight hours after your acceptance, your advance money will be available on the virtual card. The temporary card info will work for 15 days or until you activate your physical Turbo Card, which will arrive within 5 to 10 business days of IRS acceptance and loan approval.

How long after your refund was accepted did you get the email of approval? Was it from First Century Bank?

The refund advance program is run through First Century Bank, a partner site, and they are responsible for determining if you qualify. They will send you an email if you don't qualify and explain why. If you have set up your online account and been accepted, waited the 48 hours, you should be able to access your money.

Been accepted and set up an account with GreenDot but have not received any communication from First Century. So that is who I need to wait to hear from before assuming I was denied thanks to GreenDots auto message?
