Does that include state? Federal and state come separately from different places. Were you having the fees deducted from your refund? There is an extra 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge (44.99 in California) for that.

if the IRS adjusted your return they will mail you a letter explaining why. Might take a couple weeks.

If the IRS had to make adjustments to your tax return, you would receive a letter in the mail with an explanation. Please refer to the following FAQ.
