Im seeing different info on this.  I had the same thing done and when I download my tax return from tt it has my correct banking info listed on lines 21 b and c.  Someone on here said that what you see on your downloaded return may not have been what was sent to the IRS, but was written in after the fact.  I’m not sure how that would work.  Did you have funds deposited to tt prepaid card?

No it was deposited to my checking account. But the deposit I received comes from tax products LLC or something like that not from the IRS. Because when you have the preparation fees deducted from your refund it’s my understanding the IRS sent the refund to TurboTax they deduct the fees and then send the rest to you

When you have funds taken out it goes through Santa Barbara Tax Products Group or SBTPG.  If you download your tax return look on lines 21 b and c, that’s where direct deposit info is for refunds.

The Department of Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online. Once we have more information, we will be able to provide more guidance. You can also stay updated by continuously checking the following links.
