I had someone file my taxes and don't know how to get the return or no information on how to receive my return.

Who was the "someone" that filed your tax return? For what tax year? Did they use TurboTax? Are they not willing to give you a copy of your tax return? Did they tell you the amount of your refund? How long ago was the return filed?

Check the IRS site for a transcript of your return. And check the your IRS online account to see what it shows for you.

You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $30, an actual copy of your tax return.
