I had started filing my taxes last year and want to take advantage of the stimulus check. Turbo Tax saved my employee identification numbers but nothing else. This is incredibly infuriating as I need

It’s infuriating as I need that money. On top of that, customer service wasn’t helpful and transferred me to a department that wanted me to pay to get help! Please advise.

If you don't need to file: Please see Impact Payment Calculator with an option to register for non-filers near the bottom, right side.
If you need to file try these:
- IRS freefile through turbo Tax
- TurboTax Free Edition

The IRS freefile version does not have all the same features as the Turbo Tax program. I don't know which feature you used last year.

I am sorry for your frustration. Go ahead and log in to one of the programs above and get your return done so you can get the stimulus check.
