Solved

I had to amend my 2016 taxes because a W-2 I forgot about came in yesterday. Can I still expect my taxes to still be e filed or do I have to mail them in?

Yes, you can still expect your refund from your original tax return that you e-filed.  Your original tax return that you e-filed will not be affected by your amendment. However, you will have to mail your amended federal return to the IRS and mail your amended state return to your state's department of revenue.
