Question

I had to file two state returns and got charged for both , though I have to mail one of returns as I was not able to E file. Could I get a refund for that?

If you are using online TurboTax there is no extra fee to e-file a state return, so no, you cannot get a refund for mailing it. The fee is for using the software for preparing the return, and is the same whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope.
