I had to fix my federal return will I still get my refund direct deposited or will the IRS send me a check

What do you mean by "fix my federal return?"    What EXACTLY did you do that you think "fixed" it?

They did not receive my 1095 A form had to send to them

You will still get your refund by direct deposit if that was the method you had originally selected. 

 

This will not change unless you have entered an incorrect routing or account number.
