If they sent a letter asking for your 1095-A and a completed 8962, TurboTax does not have visibility into the time frame for the IRS processing these forms. You may wish to call the phone number on the IRS letter to request confirmation or any additional information about their new processes this year. It is early in the tax season, so hopefully the turnaround will be a quick one.
