I have a bank that has a different account & routing number for saving and checking. I wasn’t aware but I put my checking number and clicked saving. Will my refund come?

As long as you entered a correct routing and account number, your refund will be direct deposited into that account. Checking the savings box when it is a checking account should have no affect on the processing of your refund.
