I have a QB Accountant's Version subscription. Will I be able to file my own taxes through Turbotax without paying another fee?

I an not a tax preparer. I do not have a PIN number through the IRS. I would love to use ProConnect but it looks like I need a preparer PIN to use that app

Yes you would need a EFIN to file using Proconnect, it is designed for tax preparers.

You would not receive a free version of Turbo Tax due to having a Quickbooks account, however if you use Turbo Tax Self Employed you can get a free version of Quickbooks. To learn more, please click here for more information.
