I have a question about my taxes I have filed the first tax and I amended it and gave them the New one and they are adding both of the W 2s together

It is not clear what you did. Did you wait until your first tax return was fully processed before you sent in an amended tax return? Amended returns must be mailed--they cannot be e-filed. And....all of your income is added together to calculate the total amount of your tax refund or tax due---so yes, they add the two W-2's.
