I have a real account firm doing my 2020 taxes. They have just informed me my 2019 taxes were filed wrong by Turbo Tax. I want someone from TT to call me about fixing it.

I received a call from Turbo Tax via the useless chat bot, and was informed I can only have this question answered if I pay them $100 for a real person to speak to me?! Turbo Tax needs to call me immediately to discuss.

What exactly did they say was wrong with 2019? TT is primarily a Do It Yourself income tax return computer program, and relies upon the accuracy of your data entry and interview answers. Did the IRS also tell you it was wrong?

In order to submit a claim under the TT Accuracy Guaranty, you must have an assessment notice from the IRS or State regarding a tax return that shows the penalties and/or interest you owe.
