I have already filed my Federal Taxes, how can I just do my State Taxes with TurboTax?

You cannot just file a State return, you need a Federal return, information from your Federal flows into your state. Also, to e-file a State return, you need your Federal return e-filed & accepted.

No. H&R Block. They were unable to do my state taxes because we were filing them in PA, and I was a resident of OR
