I have already filed my taxes for this year and Ik trying to track them on track my return . When I look it up it says can’t be found but it’s already been accepted?

First, be sure you are entering just the amount of yoru federal refund on the IRS website. Do not adjust for state, nor for any TT fees being withheld from it.  Unfortunately, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable.  But if TT told you that the IRS Accepted your efiling for processing, then the government has it.  (Approved is a later step, but TT receives no further updates once a return is Accepted.) 

If your return shows that it was filed and accepted, it may just be taking a bit longer for it to show up on the IRS website.

The IRS issues a lot of refunds within 21 days, but it could take longer.
