Question

I have already filled my taxes and now have received Voided 1095-A forms I need to submit. Did this withhold from return for my 2023 tax return?

The voided Form 1095-A, as ‌well as the previously received Form 1095-A, shouldn't be used to file your tax return.

If you receive a voided Form 1095-A after you have already filed your tax return and claimed the premium tax credit using the original Form 1095-A that the Marketplace sent in error, you should file an amended return.

Refer to the IRS website Corrected, incorrect or voided Form 1095-A for more information.

Contact your state's Marketplace to find out about your 2023 coverage and Advanced Premium Tax Credit that you may have received.

Refer to the IRS website The Health Insurance Marketplace to find your state's contact information for your Marketplace insurance.
