I have already received my 2019 taxes, I want to change my banking information for the stimilus payment can I do that?

No. If you already received your 2019 refund there is nothing you can change with TurboTax to affect the bank account the IRS will use IF you get a stimulus check. If the IRS uses the direct deposit information that they already had for your tax return and if it is now wrong (you closed the account..changed banks,....etc.) then the bank will reject the deposit. It will go back to the IRS and then the IRS will mail a check to the address you used on your tax return.
