I have an accepted email for federal tax filing Feb 13 2021, however when I track my refund the site has no details, does this mean the IRS has not processed the return?

Have you received confirmation emails from IRS stating your return has been accepted?  Once the return is filed and accepted by the IRS, TurboTax is no longer involved in the process because of privacy issues. 

If you have evidence that your return was accepted but later they are saying your return is not found, you should draft a letter to the IRS with a copy of your return.  Make sure to mark "COPY" in bold Black letters on the return.  If you have copies of proof that return was accepted attach a coy of that email as well

Your return is probably being processed but for some reason there are probably system hiccups that is not showing accurately,  If you have not received a reject notice from TurboTax then you need to work with the IRS to resolve this issue.
