I have an appointment but cannot find it to reschedule. Where do I find it?

    When you scheduled an appointment with a TurboTax professional you would have received an email confirming it so you can check your email inbox.  You can also log in to your TurboTax account and check your messages there - there should be one confirming the appointment as well.
