Question

I have been checking on my refund everyday at irs.gov but suddenly today it won't let me, saying I put in the wrong information. What is going on?

Oddly that might be good news.  Sometimes as your return moves from one stage of processing to the next stage at the IRS, it "disappears" from the IRS refund site temporarily.  Give it a day or two and check again on the refund site.
