It's too late to file anything earlier than 2016. You have to file each year separately. You cannot use TurboTax Online to file for past years. TurboTax Online is only for the current tax year, which is now 2019. To file for the earlier years you have to use the CD or download TurboTax software for each year that you need. Tax returns for past years cannot be e-filed. You will have to print your past-year tax returns, sign them, and file them by mail. Mail each year in a separate envelope. A while ago the IRS stopped processing mailed tax returns because of the Covid-19 pandemic. They may be starting to process them again soon, but they have reduced staff and a big backlog, so it will be quite a while before your past-year tax returns are processed.

In order to get a refund for 2016, the IRS must receive your 2016 tax return by July 15, 2020. (Normally the deadline is April 15, but it has been extended this year because of the Covid-19 pandemic.)

Technically you could still file tax returns for years earlier than 2016. But if any of the tax returns showed a refund, you would not get the refund. If they showed a payment due, you would have to pay it. My guess is that if it looked like you owed tax for any of those earlier years you would have heard from the IRS by now. If you haven't heard from them, it's probably because you would have gotten refunds for those years. But it's too late to get those refunds now, so I wouldn't bother trying to file for any of the earlier years.
