I have completed and efiled my returns. When I printed them, I noticed that Form 8863 box 2 is marked NO that I didn't receive a 1098T but I did do I need to amend?

If you entered the information from your 1098-T but the wrong box was checked, you do not need to amend your return- there will be no change in tax liability and upon inspection, the IRS is able to correct minor mathematical or entry errors.  However, if you did not include the information, you may want to amend to be sure your credit is correct.
