I have decided to change my mind about filing my taxes with turbo tax. How do I make sure that nothing has been filed and nothing has been submitted for tax returns.

If YOU did not go through the FILE section and click a big orange button that said "Transmit my return now" then your return has not been filed. TurboTax does not file it for you.

If you do not want to use TurboTax you do not have to. If you have not paid or registered, you can clear out the data you entered.
