Question

I have filed, print signed and mailed my tax returns a month ago and have not heard anything back yet. I checked the status, it still says it's ready to mail. What to do?

TurboTax will continue to say "ready to mail" because the software does not know you mailed in your return, and TurboTax receives no updates when you submit your return.

When you mail your tax return, wait about 4 weeks and then you can begin checking the IRS site:

To track your Federal refund:

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go
