I have mailed my filed printed documents. How long does it take to get the money return?

It depends if you requested a paper check or direct deposit for your refund. But it typically takes about 6-8 weeks for a paper check to arrive and a week sooner if you requested direct deposit.

You can check the IRS website Where's My Refund 4 weeks after mailing your return for your refund status:
