Question

I have not received my card yet and it has been well over a month. I got a confirmation e mail as well and still not card

I will assume you are referring to the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card.  Normally the Card should have arrived 5-10 business days after you were approved for it.

 

You can phone the Card's customer support line at  (888) 285-4169.   Ignore the request to enter the 16-digit card number (since you won't know it), and ignore the option to enter the SSN instead.  Keep listening, and it will offer the choice "to report a card lost, stolen, or never received."     Choose that, then at the next menu, listen to the options and choose "never received."  Then listen and follow the prompts.
