What is the problems that have caused payments from the second stimulus not be deposited to my account?

    A processing error that occurred during the second round of Economic Impact Payments (“stimulus checks”) is causing some delays in payments. 

     

    We are aware that a number of our customers were affected by this error that occurred during the distribution of the second round of payments.

     

    We have been working with the IRS as they attempt to resolve this issue, ensuring that information on file for all TurboTax customers is accurate. We expect some affected customers to receive payments within the next few days.

     

    Information is changing rapidly and therefore we suggest keeping an eye on the following for the most up-to-date information:
